RECITATION OF UCHE UKAIKE FRANCIS

A DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY IN BUSINESS EDUCATION

 

Dr. Uche Ukaike FRANCIS was born on 16th May, 1980 in Wamba Town to the Family of Late Chief Pa Francis Onwuka Ukaike and Mrs Nwakego Ukaike. He is from Ebem Ohafia in Abia State.

Dr. Uche Ukaike FRANCIS attended CMS Primary, Wamba between 1987-1990, attended Barkin Kasuwa Primary School now Shuaibu Naibi Primary School, Suleja and Queens Primary School, Rafinsanyi all in Niger State between 1990-1992. He proceeded to Wana Community Secondary School, Kagbu between 1992-1993, he attended Government College, Wamba between 1993-1999.

Dr. Uche Ukaike Francis attended State College of Education, Akwanga between 1999-2002 where he obtained Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) in Business Education. On the completion of his NCE his drive and agitation for further education just began.

Dr. Uche Ukaike Francis was admitted in the famous premier University, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, between 2004-2009 and 2010-2012 where he bagged his Bachelor Degree with Second Class upper division and Master of Education respectively in Business Education.

Dr. Uche Ukaike Francis’s aspiration to climb to the Zenith of his career made him push further to Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, where he obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Business Education with specialization in Office Technology and Management between 2014-2019.

OTHER CERTIFICATE: Dr. Uche Ukaike Francis had obtained a Diploma in Computer Science from State College of Education, Akwanga in 2003. He obtained a certificate in Data Analysis using Excel and SPSS from Iya Abubakar Computer Center, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2011 just to mention but a few.

WORKING EXPERIENCE: Dr. Uche Ukaike Francis is a teacher to the core, computer guru, data analyst and online business consultant. He taught with Total Child International Nursery and Primary School, Akwanga between Jan. 2003 to Oct. 2003 before joining Nasarawa State Teacher Service Commission between 2003-2013. Upon the completion of his Master degree program an opportunity opened up for him to leave Nasarawa State to Ondo State where a greener pasture came calling.

Dr. Uche Ukaike Francis is currently a Lecturer with Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo between 2013 till date where he lectures in the Department of Business Education.

ARTICLES AND PUBLICATIONS: Dr. Uche Ukaike Francis has attended many conferences and presented papers. He has articles in national and international journal to his credit. His books which include: i. Research Methods Manual and ii. Role of Competence in Computer Troubleshooting on   Performance of Task: Secretaries Guide for Better Performance of Office Task. He had contributed to the following books: i. Nigeria Crossroad and Crossovers ii. Research Writing Guides for Undergraduates, iii. Fundamentals of Pitman Shorthand – Volume One, An Introduction to Keyboarding and Word Processing and iv. Educational Diversification and Global Challenges.

COMMUNITY SERVICE/MEMBERSHIP OF PROFESSIONAL BODIES: He had served in so many capacities both as a teacher with the Nasarawa State Teacher Service Commission and as a Lecture with Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo and above all Dr. Uche Ukaike Francis is active member of Deeper Life Bible Church where he is currently a Pastor.

Dr. Uche Ukaike Francis is a member of Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), he is also a Member, Business Educators Association in Vocational Education (BEAVE). He is an Assistant Sector Commander (ASC), Nigeria Legion Corps of Commissioner Ondo State Command (CNC). Dr. Uche Ukaike Francis is happily married.
